Chosen off the shelf companies are designated on a first come first serve basis. So once you have decided on a company, we'll email you the Shelf Company / Ready Made Company template to complete and return with your chosen company name from the selected incorporation year. Please return the completed template as soon as possible to avoid someone else possibly choosing the same shelf company. As soon as our team receives your template, we'll make the necessary director appointments and send you the relevant company documents. The company is now yours.
The Premium Shelf packages also include the Registered Office, Service Address and Confirmation Statement services. Once the company has been transferred we will prepare the Confirmation Statement to update the new shareholder’s details online at Companies House. We will email you and request that you review the prepared Statement before filing.
If you prefer to change the company name to one of your choice, you can do so by purchasing the Company Name Change Service here.

Yes. When you buy a ready made company you are getting a dormant UK company with no trading history, so you can rest assured that the company is financially clean and there are no outstanding burdens.
No. If you buy our Premium off the shelf company package can use our address as your company’s Registered Office and Director Service Address (renewable on a yearly basis). By using our address you are protecting your own address from being the public register and searchable online.
HMRC, Companies House and Government Gateway mail received at our address as a result of us being your Registered Office/Service Address will be opened and securely scanned to you.
